A new version of CloudLinux OS 8.8 is now available. The CloudLinux team is excited to evaluate the new version that AlmaLinux OS has made available and to set up a phased deployment for all of its clients.
Date of complete implementation: June 10, 2023.
The open cloud’s basis is strengthened with version 8.8, making it more dependable and secure. It makes it easier and faster to provide workloads, apps, and services across many environments. Updates include better automation capabilities for systems and containers, updated application streams, and improved security management.

How to upgrade
The new cloudlinux-release package, which includes the required repository modifications for 8.8, has begun a phased distribution.
Please follow these instructions to manually upgrade CloudLinux 8.7 to 8.8:
1. Update cloudlinux-release package from rollout slot:
# dnf --enablerepo=cloudlinux-rollout-1-bypass install cloudlinux-release
2. Do system upgrade:
# dnf update
