IonCube is a PHP encoder that is used to protect PHP source code from easy observation, theft, and change by compiling the PHP source code into a binary bytecode format, which is then supplemented with an encryption layer.
Below are the steps on how to enable the Ioncube loader form WHM
- Log into your WHM panel
- Go to Software >> EasyApache 4
- Select the Customize option
- Under Additional Packages select IonCube Loaders and then click Save and Build
- Once the build is complete IonCube Loader should be enabled on the server
